Privacy Policy

slack-emoji.com (the "Site") has no user accounts and processes only the minimum data needed to run the service.
1. What we collect and why

2. Processors and international transfer
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): hosting, file storage, bot protection (Turnstile), access logs, cookieless visitor statistics (Web Analytics).
- Google LLC (USA): Google AdSense advertising. Cookies and device information are sent to Google for ad serving.
3. Cookies and advertising
The Site itself sets no login or tracking cookies. If you arrive via a campaign link (utm parameters), a cookie named utm (30 days) stores only the campaign name so downloads can be attributed. It contains no personal identifier. Google AdSense may use cookies to serve personalized ads; you can opt out at Google Ads Settings or block cookies in your browser. Visitors from the EEA, UK and Switzerland are shown a consent dialog.
4. Sharing
We do not share personal data with third parties except when required by law. In takedown and counter-notice procedures, contact details may be forwarded between the claimant and the uploader.
5. Children
The Site does not knowingly collect data from children under 14 (Korea) or 13 (US). They may not use the upload or report forms.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data by contacting us below. Requests are handled within 10 days. EEA/UK residents have the rights provided by the GDPR; California residents have the rights provided by the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell personal data.
7. Security
HTTPS everywhere, admin access restricted via Cloudflare Access, access logging, and data minimization.
