Terms of Service

Effective: 2026-09-07. This is a translation; the Korean version prevails in case of conflict.

1. Service

slack-emoji.com (the "Site") is a free service that publishes custom Slack emoji images uploaded by users, after admin review, for anyone to download. The Site is not affiliated with Slack Technologies, LLC or Salesforce, Inc. "Slack" is a trademark of Salesforce, Inc. and is used only to describe compatibility.

2. Uploads

1. You warrant that you own, or are authorized to distribute, every file you upload.
2. You grant the Site a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to store, reproduce, display and distribute the file, and to convert it (size, frames, colors) to meet Slack's limits.
3. Uploads go public only after admin review. Review is a policy check (spec, obvious infringement, prohibited content below) and is not a warranty of legality.
4. The Site may reject uploads or remove published images without stating a reason.

3. Prohibited content

• Images infringing copyright, trademark, likeness or publicity rights
• Sexual content, child sexual abuse material, content promoting violence or hate
• Defamatory content or content violating someone's privacy
• Malware, spam, or advertising uploads

4. Downloads and use

The Site does not own the images and grants no license of its own. Images are provided on the assumption they will be used as custom emoji inside a team's messenger such as Slack. Other commercial uses may require permission from the original rights holder; that is your responsibility.

6. Advertising

The Site displays third-party ads (e.g. Google AdSense) to cover running costs. See the Privacy Policy regarding advertising cookies.

7. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, legality or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the Site is not liable for damages arising from its use.

8. Changes and governing law

These terms may change by posting on the Site. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
